Quesadilla Recipe With Cream Cheese
Fold the tortillas into a half moon shape.
Quesadilla recipe with cream cheese. Serve with dipping sauce. Place the other cream cheese coated tortilla on top of the pineapple with the cream cheese side down. Cook the quesadillas for 1 2 minutes until the tortilla is lightly golden brown on one side.

Eat immediately or cut them in half and serve with sour cream pico de gallo or your favorite salsa. Using a cutting board and a sharp knife chop the berries into small pieces. Spread cream cheese over unbuttered side on half the tortillas.
