Shrimp Scampi Linguine Recipe With White Wine
Stir in wine and lemon juice.
Shrimp scampi linguine recipe with white wine. Saute and stir the garlic slices and red chili flakes a few times before adding the shrimp. Reserve at least cup of the cooking water and drain. Cook and stir the garlic in the butter and oil for 2 to 3 minutes.

Set aside and keep warm. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until garlic is fragrant. Melt butter in 12 inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
Remove the shrimp from the pan. Cook stirring occasionally until pink about 2 3 minutes. Cook linguine until just al dente.
Set aside and keep warm. Remove from heat and transfer mixture to the bowl with the linguine. Cook turning once 7 9 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
