Recipe Pumpkin Zucchini Bread
Stir dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
Recipe pumpkin zucchini bread. Remove to a wire rack. In a large bowl sift together flour pumpkin pie spice salt baking soda and baking powder. Spray two 8x4 inch bread pans with cooking spray.
Before beginning preheat your oven to 350 f and grease and flour two loaf pans. In a bowl combine eggs and sugar. Preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
Grease and flour 2 8x8 inch baking dishes. In a medium bowl whisk together sugar oil eggs pumpkin water and vanilla. Use a rubber spatula to gently incorporate.
Divide into pans and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until the loaves test done. Stir in zucchini and nuts. Mix eggs and sugar together then stir in the pumpkin and butter.
Pour into two greased and floured 9x5 in. Gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Grate the zucchini until you have 2 cups.
Add pumpkin butter and vanilla. Pour into two greased and floured 9 in. Scrape the zucchini bread batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
