Pork Tenderloin Zucchini Recipe
Transfer pork to a cutting board and rest covered for 10 minutes.
Pork tenderloin zucchini recipe. Add tomatoes and cajun or your favorite seasoning. Add to frying pan with 2 tsp oil to brown. Add tomato juice and seasonings.
Olive oil to a medium sized skillet placed over medium high heat. Season pork with remaining salt and pepper. Thinly slice the zucchini tomato and onion and place the slices in a large bowl.
Preheat the oven to 360 f 180 c. Place the pork in the pan and allow to cook on all sides until golden brown just a few minutes. Cook for 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
Place zucchini on a baking sheet cut side up and top with tomato and mozzarella slices. Season it with salt dried thyme and paprika powder. Add the zucchini and corn cover and cook until just tender about 5 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the pork. Season pork with salt and pepper. Cook it for 7 8 minutes while stirring from time to time.
Salt and pepper to taste. In a large skillet melt butter salt pepper basil and garlic over medium high heat. You will probably need to remove the lid during the final minute or two to allow most of the moisture to evaporate.
