Recipe For Oatmeal Monster Cookies
Using a large cookie scoop or measure and roll 2 1 2 tablespoon size cookie dough balls.
Recipe for oatmeal monster cookies. Add in the eggs one at a time until completely mixed. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes or so hint. Using a 1 5 tablespoon cookie scoop scoop balls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets making sure to leave a little room between each one.
Warm peanut butter slightly. Start with beating the butter and sugars for 2 3 minutes until fluffy then add the peanut butter vanilla and egg and mix well until combined creamy and smooth. Add the vanilla oatmeal and baking soda.
Add the m m s and chocolate chips and gently fold them into the cookie dough. Add the oats baking soda and salt and mix until fully combined. Mix all ingredients except chips m m s and oatmeal in a large bowl add later.
In a large stand mixer or with a hand mixer cream together the butter granulated sugar brown sugar peanut butter and karo syrup until nice and creamy. Fold in m ms and chocolate chips just until combined. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat butter peanut butter brown sugar and granulated sugar on medium high speed until creamy about 2 minutes.
Use ice cream scoop to make cookies. Combine flour baking soda and salt in a bowl stirring well. Slowly add the eggs one at a time and the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
From this point on mix the dough as little as possible to keep it tender. 1 cups all purpose flour 3 cups regular or quick cooking rolled oats 1 cup toffee bits and or candy coated chocolate pieces optional. Stir in flour baking soda and oats.
