Add the beef and pork and the shallots and use your hands to combine until very well blended.
Meatballs recipe veal pork beef. 1 cup freshly grated romano cheese. Ingredients 1 pound ground beef. Stir onions bread crumb mixture eggs parsley garlic salt black pepper red pepper flakes italian herb seasoning and parmesan cheese into meat mixture with a rubber spatula until combined.
Mix beef and pork together in a large bowl. 1 1 2 tablespoons chopped italian flat leaf parsley. Fry in olive oil until all are cooked.
2 cups stale italian bread crumbled. Add the eggs cheese parsley and minced garlic then salt and pepper as desired. Simmer for 10 minutes.
To broil them place the meatballs on a broiler pan and broil until the outside is slightly browned on one side. Cover and refrigerate for about one hour. Form the mixture into small meatballs less than 1 inch in diameter.
If the mixture is too thick add a bit of cream or milk to thin then taste and season with salt and or pepper as needed. When all of the meatballs have been fried mix the flour and cream or milk and add to the reserved pan drippings in the skillet. Add the bread crumbs and mix well.
Roll into golf ball size meatballs. Coat your hands with olive oil and shape into meatballs to desired size. Combine beef veal and pork in a large bowl.
