Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts Brown Sugar
Combine mustard brown sugar and olive oil in a small mixing bowl and then pour over the vegetables.
Oven roasted brussel sprouts brown sugar. Roast for 10 minutes until bacon fat starts to render. Heat oil and garlic over medium high heat until fragrant being careful not to burn. You can also use parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 375f and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Toss sprouts gently with hands. Spread brussels sprouts on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Add brussels sprouts lemon juice red pepper flakes and salt. They are the perfect combination of sweet and salty and make for perfect snack leftovers straight from the fridge the next day. Preheat oven to 400 f.
Spray large baking sheet generously with cooking oil or line with foil and spray the foil. Place brussels sprouts on baking sheet and sprinkle with cumin chili powder salt pepper brown sugar and olive oil. Add sprouts and mix to coat well.
Steam the brussels sprouts over boiling water until tender about 10 15 minutes. Prepare brussels sprouts and white onion and place into a large mixing bowl. Spread brussels sprouts in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 425. Stir everything together to get the brussels sprouts well coated your hands work well for this. Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar stir for a minute and remove.
