Recipe Oatmeal Drop Cookies
Remove from heat and add oats coconut peanut butter and vanilla.
Recipe oatmeal drop cookies. Mix milk sugar butter and cocoa powder in a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Add combined flour baking soda cinnamon salt and nutmeg. In a large bowl cream together the margarine shortening and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Remove to wire rack. This little recipe ticks all the boxes of a great ration recipe low sugar low fat whole grains. Stir in the oats and set aside.
Boil for 3 minutes only use a timer. Bake 8 to 9 minutes for a chewy cookie or 10 to 11 minutes for a crisp cookie. Bake until golden around edges but still soft on top about 15 minutes.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets leaving 2 inches between each cookie. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and allow the cookies. Let stand on baking sheets for about 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
Be ready to munch. Beat in the eggs one at a time then stir in the vanilla. Remove from burner and add peanut butter vanilla and oatmeal.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Add vanilla baking powder and baking soda. Bring to a rolling boil and hold for 1 minute.
