Quesadilla Recipe Black Bean

Quesadilla recipe black bean. I don t use any sort of oil or butter but you certainly can if you want more of a fried finish to the quesadillas. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a sauté pan over medium high heat and allow it to come to temperature. Cook until heated through about 3 minutes.
Transfer to a chopping. Once they turn translucent add the chopped tomatoes and cooked black beans. Repeat with the remaining 1 teaspoon oil and quesadillas.

Cook the mixture on high flame for a couple of minutes. To one side of a whole wheat tortilla add a small amount of cheese then the refried black beans then some peppers then a bit for cheese. Add the bell pepper diced jalapeño and onion and cook for 4 6 minutes until softened stirring occasionally.
Cook for another minute. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 2 quesadillas and cook turning once until golden on both sides 2 to 4 minutes total.
Add the black beans and taco seasoning. In a medium pan over medium high heat saute onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon oil for 2 3 minutes or until tender. Place a tortilla in the skillet sprinkle evenly with cheese then top with some of the bean mixture.
