Recipe Quiche Cream Cheese
In a medium sized bowl combine the eggs milk cream flour chives salt and pepper and beat with a wire whisk until the mixture is smooth and incorporated.
Recipe quiche cream cheese. Beat in the eggs two at a time occasionally scraping down sides of bowl with a spatula. Saute onions in butter. Mix together the milk and eggs and nutmeg if using and pour over the top.
Add onions and remaining ingredients to cream cheese mixture and mix well. Leave out the added 1 4 teaspoon salt. Cover the bottom of the pie crust with the cream cheese cut into small pieces.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Saute onion in butter until transparent. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light about 1 minute. Stir in shredded cheese bacon scallions herbs salt and pepper.
Add milk and mix well. Bake the quiche for 40 to 50 minutes until the quiche is puffed golden brown and set. Add the meat and onion and top with the grated swiss cheese.
Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan. Saute onion in butter until transparent. After baking the quiche top with a sprinkle of fresh parmesan cheese or any cheese used in the filling.
