Quiche Recipe Spinach Mushroom Sausage
Add sausage and spinach mixture to the bottom of a prepared 9 inch 23cm pie crust making sure to spread it evenly.

Cool to warm before cutting and serving. Add the sausage mushrooms and spinach into the crust spreading to the edges then pour the egg mixture over. Return to the oven for another 30 minutes until the filling is set and the top has browned.
The internal temperature should reach at least 160 degrees f. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. In a large bowl combine the sausage cheese mushrooms green pepper and onion.
Whisk eggs milk salt and pepper together. Sprinkle into pastry shell. Lightly whisk until just combined.
Bake until the filling is set about 40 to 55 minutes. Whisk eggs milk parsley garlic salt black pepper and nutmeg in a bowl. Then pour the egg mixture over the spinach sausage and mushrooms.
Once cooked remove the spinach and mushroom mixture from the pan and combine it with the reserved cooked sausage. Bake at 375 for 35 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Break sausage up into bit sized pieces and brown in skillet over medium heat until fully cooked about 10 15 minutes.
