Recipe For Chicken Thighs With Rice
Mix all ingredients except chicken together in a microwave bowl and microwave on high for about one minute or until butter melts.
Recipe for chicken thighs with rice. Sprinkle with thyme and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Put browned chicken on top of rice and cover with a tight fitting lid. Spray a casserole dish.
Saute the onion and celery carrots mushrooms for 2 3 minutes in the same pot. Then add rice broth melted butter and italian seasoning only 1 2 tsp and stir together. Place chicken thighs skin side up in rice mixture and brush with melted butter.
Simmer until rice is tender and. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic and onion 2 minutes. Season chicken thighs or drumsticks with s p and brown for 4 5 minutes per side.
Sit the chicken thighs on top of the rice cover with a lid and transfer the pan to the oven for 20 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice. Serve over brown rice. Mix well and pour over chicken.
Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes turning chicken half way through baking. Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
