This is a great and easy way to add flavor to pork chops and it is always a hit at family gatherings.

Pour half the mixture into a large plastic zipper bag and place the pork chops into the marinade. Cook uncovered until liquid is reduced to 1 2 cup. Return to a boil.
Mix equal parts of cornstarch and flour in a medium sized bowl. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours turning occasionally. In same pan bring wine to a boil stirring to loosen browned bits from pan.
Squeeze the air out of the bag and seal the bag. Set aside in large bowl or plate. Season rinsed and dried pork loin end chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Brown chops on both sides. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
