When potatoes are done allow them to cool for 10 minutes.

Remove top one fourth of potato with a knife. If your potato isn t fork tender after 7 minutes continue. Cook on full power in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Place the potatoes in the microwave a few inches apart. Place in the microwave and cook on medium turning once. Beat egg milk salt pepper and chives until blended.
