Recipe For Pumpkin Bread Using Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 350.
Recipe for pumpkin bread using sour cream. Grease and flour 2 9 x 5 loaf pans. Combine the flour baking soda salt pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Line an 8 x 4 loaf pan with parchment paper then grease with cooking spray or softened butter.
In a large bowl whisk together flour cinnamon baking soda baking powder. In larger mixing bowl combine the flour baking soda salt and pumpkin pie spice. Gradually mix in the butter egg mix.
In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Whisk to mix well. In a small bowl whisk together flour cinnamon nutmeg cloves baking soda and baking powder.
Preheat oven to 350 f. If using mini loaf pans bake for about 45 minutes. Pour into a greased mini loaf pan and bake for 20 25 minutes.
Grease 2 large loaf pans and possibly 1 small one as well. Add the flour baking soda baking powder salt cloves cinnamon and nutmeg to the mixture and mix together on low speed. Add the pumpkin puree vanilla extract and sour cream.
Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 f. In a mixing bowl cream together the sugar butter egg and vanilla. Cream the butter and sugar together.
