Recipe Pork Tenderloin Ginger Soy Sauce
In a medium bowl combine soy sauce vinegar lime juice oil and ginger.
Recipe pork tenderloin ginger soy sauce. Place in a zip top bag and place bag in a shallow dish. 1 1 pound pork tenderloin trimmed and cut crosswise into 8 pieces. To make the marinade combine all ingredients except the pork oil and butter in a mixing bowl and blend well.
Place the pork in a sous vide pouch pour in half of the marinade and seal. Mix the slurry into the pot and simmer for 1 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Pour over pork tenderloin and seal bag.
Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate up to overnight. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
When ready to cook remove the pork from the marinade and grill or bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºf. Remove pork from skillet and keep warm. Cook in water bath for one hour.
Preheat oven to 425 f. Once the pork tenderloin is resting the final step is to make the soy ginger sauce. To make the marinade combine the olive oil soy sauce lime zest lime juice honey scallion ginger and red pepper flakes in a small bowl and stir well with a whisk.
Stir in the onions. Add 1 4 cup water to skillet scraping to loosen browned bits. 1 tablespoon bottled minced fresh ginger.
