Pumpkin Pie Recipe Evaporated Milk
Whisk together pumpkin purée sugar eggs flour spices and salt in large bowl until smooth and well combined.
Pumpkin pie recipe evaporated milk. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Let cool completely on rack. In a large bowl with mixer speed on medium beat pumpkin with evaporated milk eggs sugar cinnamon ginger nutmeg and salt.
Bake at 350 f in bottom third of oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until set. Fill pie shell with evaporated milk mixture. Pour into a prepared pie dish.
Transfer to a 20 or 23cm pie dish gently pressing pastry into the bottom. Stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mixture. Combine sugar salt cinnamon ginger and cloves in small bowl.
Beat eggs in large bowl. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
Stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mixture.
