Recipe Pumpkin Bread Oil
These are the few small changes i made.
Recipe pumpkin bread oil. In a large bowl whisk the sugar and oil together. Add the pumpkin water and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Absolutely the best pumpkin loaf i have ever made.
Set the bowl aside. In a large bowl with an electric mixer blend sugar oil and eggs. Line the bottom and two short sides with a long strip of parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients. In a medium mixing bowl combine flour baking soda salt baking powder nutmeg allspice cinnamon and cloves. While blending the mixture add water incrementally.

You can use oil butter and flour or non stick spray to grease the pan. In a medium sized bowl whisk the flour pumpkin spice baking soda and salt until they are well combined.
Slowly blend the flour mixture into pumpkin mixture. Pumpkin seeds are an optional topping here but they add a nice crunch. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with non stick cooking spray or softened butter.
Used almost the entire can of pumpkin 1 4 butter 1 4 coconut oil 1 4 cup oj 1tbls water combined several sugars coconut cane packed brn but only 1 1 4 cups. In a medium size bowl combine the flour baking soda baking powder cinnamon cloves nutmeg and salt. The parchment paper makes removing the bread very easy.
