Recipe Quinoa Brussel Sprouts
Melt the butter in a medium sized pan over medium heat.
Recipe quinoa brussel sprouts. Preheat the oven to 180 c or 355 f. Add the warm quinoa craisins toasted pecans shaved parmesan and 2 additional tablespoons of dressing to the brussels and toss well. Place brussel sprouts and sliced sausage on a baking dish lined with aluminum foil.

Roast for 20 30 minutes until sprouts are dark brown. Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil salt garlic powder and chili powder. Spread brussels sprouts over pan drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer covered until liquid is absorbed 12 15 minutes. Add the shaved brussels sprouts to a large bowl and season with the salt and pepper. Meanwhile microwave brussels sprouts with remaining water covered on high until tender 6 8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.
Discard any burnt single brussels sprout leaves on the pan then stir the roasted sprouts into the quinoa. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees f. Combine the shredded brussels cooked quinoa dried cranberries chopped pecans and shallot in a large bowl.
Clean and quarter the brussels sprouts. Preheat oven to 450 and line a half sheet pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl whisk all of the vinaigrette ingredients together until combined.
