Recipe Roasted Garlic Potatoes
Remove the potatoes from the oven and season with a little extra salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe roasted garlic potatoes. Stir to combine well. Roast in the oven for 45 55 minutes while flipping occasionally until crisp and golden. Toss with the garlic oil salt and pepper and spread mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Squeeze garlic cloves to release roasted garlic onto the potatoes. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and add the garlic rosemary mixture optional and minced parsley. Preheat the oven to 425f.
Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan into a single even layer. In a small bowl combine the butter olive oil garlic salt cayenne pepper and black pepper together. Step 2 roast stirring once until the potatoes are soft at the center and golden brown and crispy on all sides about 45 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Add the olive oil minced garlic parsley salt pepper and toss everything together until it s all well coated. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt pepper and garlic.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Mix potatoes and garlic together. Toss so potatoes are evenly seasoned.
Place each potato on a wooden spoon and cut horizontal slits on the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f. Cut the potatoes in quarters.
