Recipe Tomato Pepper Soup

Add the salt black pepper then continue stirring. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Cut tomatoes in half remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut into bite size pieces roughly chop the onions peel the garlic and mix the lot together with a little oil and little salt.
Stir in 2 28 ounce cans of diced tomatoes and remove from heat. Bake at the top of your oven for 30 mins or until the vegetables are roasted tender. Next peel the skin from the cooked peppers and tomatoes.
