Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe Microwave
Gently scoop out the inside of the potato into a mixing bowl.
Twice baked potatoes recipe microwave. Microwave on high until fully cooked. Pierce the potatoes all over with a fork. Top each with remaining cheese green onions and bacon.
Scoop potato from center with a spoon leaving a thin wall at least 1 4 inch thick. Place bacon on paper towel lined plate. Place potatoes in microwave cooking 9 12 minutes or until done.
Cover with paper towel. If your potato isn t fork tender after 7 minutes continue microwaving in 1 minute increments. Place 1 inch apart on paper towel in microwave oven.
Season with garlic powder seasoned salt and black pepper. Prepare a small casserole dish by spraying with canola spray. Let stand covered with a bowl for 5 minutes.
Pierce well scrubbed potatoes twice. Slice approximately 1 4 inch off the side of the potato with a sharp knife. Remove top one fourth of potato with a knife.
Cut each potato in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl. Beat egg milk salt pepper and chives until blended. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins.
