Jamie Oliver Recipe Rice Pudding Strawberry Jam
Put the rice milk 200ml of water half the maple syrup or honey and the vanilla into a large pan.

Score the vanilla pod lengthways scrape the seeds out and add both to the pot. Mush it up with a potato masher to make a lovely slurry leaving a few chunky bits of strawberry in there to add a bit of texture. I haven t tried the quick jam yet next time.
