Sweet Potato Xi Ban Recipe
Drain and set aside.

Gradually knead in balance of 7 up and water. Cover dough and leave to proof until double in size. While the sweet potatoes are cooking warm the oil in a medium skillet or saucepan and add the onions garlic and chilies.
