Quiche Recipe Zucchini Goat Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Quiche recipe zucchini goat cheese. Rinse the tomatoes drain and cut in half. Top with thyme sprigs. Bake the quiche for 20 30 mins until cooked through.
Arrange zucchini over cheese. Mix the cream with the goat cheese grated goat cheese and eggs. Rinse the zucchini cut off ends and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Stir in your chopped zucchini swiss cheese and goat cheese along with a big pinch of both salt and pepper. Sprinkle ham and goat cheese evenly over bottom of prepared crust. Stir and season with salt pepper and lemon juice.
Combine remaining 1 4 teaspoon salt milk thyme pepper and eggs in a bowl stirring with a whisk. Cover the top of the quiche with the sliced goat cheese. Sprinkle gruyere on top and pour the custard over the fillings.
Pour this mixture down into your pie plate fitted with an uncooked pie crust. Fill the slightly baked quiche crust with the sliced zucchini and the egg mixture. Spread the zucchini mixture in the prepared pan.
Let cool before serving. In a large mixing bowl whisk together your eggs milk and heavy cream. Crumble the goat cheese and evenly scatter on the vegetables.
