Recipe Pork Tenderloin Marsala
While broccoli and pork roast make sauce.
Recipe pork tenderloin marsala. Slice pork and place on a serving dish. Place pork in skillet in a single layer and cook turning occasionally until brown on both sides. Cook shallots in butter until soft.
Bring to a boil. Stir in the cream return the pork to the pan plus any pork juices and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Return the pork and any accumulated juices to the pan and cook flipping the pork once until it s firm to the touch and still a little pink in the middle cut into a piece to check 2 to 4 min.
Rest roasted pork tenderloin 5 minutes then cut into slices. Sear pork tenderloin plonk in oven to finish cooking remove from skillet to rest. 5 make sauce and finish dish.
Remove from pan and keep warm. Add the wine broth and remaining salt. Sauté the mushrooms until golden.
Meanwhile melt butter over medium heat in the same pan used to cook the pork. Add mushrooms and minced garlic. Spoon sauce over meat and serve.
Serve garnished with additional parsley. In a large skillet brown tenderloins in 2 tablespoons oil on all sides. And add marsala wine chicken stock broth then cream.
