Spinach Quiche Dough Recipe
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c.
Spinach quiche dough recipe. Pour into the warm pie crust and top with remaining cheese. Lightly dust the top of the dough. Stir in spinach mushrooms feta and 1 2 cup cheddar cheese.
Trim off the excess dough off the top of the pan. In a medium skillet melt butter over medium heat. Preheat the oven at 180c 375f.
Pour the egg mixture on top. If desired sprinkle the top lightly with more parmesan cheese and or salt and pepper. Cook and stir until the excess moisture is evaporated.
In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs feta cheese white cheddar milk salt and pepper. Transfer the dough to a 9 10 inch 24 25cm pie pan. Add spinach and cook unitl wilted about 2 3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees f 190 degrees c. Spread spinach on warm pre baked pie crust. Roll until the dough is about 1 8 inch thick.
Add spinach mixture and stir to blend. Step 3 in a large bowl combine eggs cheese salt and pepper. Evenly press the pastry onto the bottom and up the sides of your pan.
