Recipe Pork Tenderloin Tomato Sauce
Return pork to skillet.
Recipe pork tenderloin tomato sauce. Pour the tomato sauce over the meat and make sure the slices of pork are completely covered in sauce. Cook 2 minutes or until onion is clear. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
To the cooked onion add the tomato sauce sweet pickle vinegar parsley flakes and sugar. Heat a saucepan add the vegetable oil chopped onion and pork. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake it at 400f for about an hour.
Heat the remaining 1 2 tablespoon oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Cover it loosely with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add pork and shake to coat.
Stir in the pan and when meat turns white add the salsa sauce and tomato paste. After an hour remove the foil and continue baking the meat for another 15 minutes. Season pork with salt and pepper.
Add the paprika powder dill seeds salt and pepper to taste. Pour this mixture over the meat in the roasting pan making sure that all the pork slices are covered in sauce. Add onion and garlic to skillet.
Mix cumin cinnamon and oregano together and season the pork with this mixture on all sides. Add floured pork and remaining flour mixture to the skillet and cook until pork is browned on all sides. Add water bay leaves put a lid on and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
