Recipe Pumpkin Pecan Pie
Grease a 20cm loose bottomed tart tin line with the pastry and trim.
Recipe pumpkin pecan pie. Drape over pie dish and gently press to fit making. Reduce heat to 180 c gas 4 and bake 40 to 50 minutes longer. Spread over bottom of pie shell.
Trim crust to 1 2 in. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
Gradually beat in milk. On a lightly floured surface roll out dough into a 12 circle. Stir in the corn syrup and remaining 2 3 cup sugar melted butter and vanilla.
Spread the mixture inside the pie crust. For the topping in a large bowl combine the eggs pecans sugar and syrup. Stir together one egg pumpkin 1 3 cup sugar and spice.
Stir until well blended. Beyond rim of plate. Reduce heat to 350.
Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle pecan mixture over pie the last 10 minutes before removing from the oven. Preheat the oven to gas 4 180 c fan 160 c.
