Recipe Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese
Add pumpkin eggs and pumpkin pie spice to remaining cream cheese mixture in mixer bowl.
Recipe pumpkin pie cream cheese. Place in refrigerator to chill and thicken for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Reserve 1 2 cup in small bowl. Blend well with an electric mixer.
In another small bowl whisk filling ingredients until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. In large bowl beat sugar flour and cream cheese with electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
Beat on low until combined. Add remaining ingredients except milk to cream cheese mixture. Stir together milk and 1 2 cup reserved cream cheese mixture in a small bowl until smooth.
Cover edges loosely with foil. Mix cream cheese sugar egg and vanilla well. Combine the remaining pumpkin filling ingredients in another bowl.
Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean 70 80 minutes. In a small bowl beat the cream cheese confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth. In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer beat the softened cream cheese with 1 4 cup sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Beat on medium speed scraping bowl constantly until smooth. Add the egg and blend well. Press into an ungreased 9 in.
