Recipe Rice Krispie Marshmallow Treats

Stir in the cereal until completely combined.

In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Continue to stir until the marshmallow cream and butter come together into a smooth mixture. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan coated with cooking spray.

In a large pot over medium heat melt butter. You need 2 10 ounce bags about 11 heaping cups of mini marshmallows. Cut into 5x5cm squares when cool.

Add marshmallows and salt and stir until completely melted. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and well blended. In a large microwave safe bowl heat the butter and marshmallows while stirring every 20 seconds.

Spoon the rice krispie treat mixture into a 9 13 pan. You only need 1 2 teaspoon but what a difference it makes. Stir until well coated.
