Recipe Quiche Mushroom Spinach

Add onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Add mushrooms and cook stirring often until mushrooms release their liquid and the liquid evaporates. Fit pie crust into a 9 inch pie dish. Gently combine spinach mushrooms onion and feta cheese in a separate bowl.
Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Top with half the swiss cheese. Stir in the spinach and cook for about a minute until the spinach wilts.
Whisk together eggs salt pepper and heavy cream. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the mushrooms and saute until they have given up their liquid and it has mostly evaporated 5 to 6 minutes.
