Step 4 return skillet to medium high heat.

Remove squash strands with a fork reserving the shells. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f 204 c and line a large baking sheet with foil. Combine spinach mixture squash strands ricotta cheese salt and half of mozzarella cheese in a medium bowl.
Place squash cut side down in a microwave safe dish. Alternatively place squash halves cut side down on a rimmed baking sheet. Cook for about 15 minutes or until you have a medium thick sauce.
