Pork Picnic Roast Recipe
Inside a mortar and pestle crush garlic clove salt oregano thyme and pepper right into a coarse paste or mince garlic clove then mix with salt herbs and pepper.

Bake for 8 10 hours more or less depending on size or until internal temperature is about 190f. You can choose boneless cuts which cook in a shorter period of time or bone in cuts which have a little more flavor. Season pork roast all over with salt and black pepper and place in a slow cooker.
Score skin inside a crisscross gemstone pattern making 1 8 inch deep cuts about 1 apart. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees f. Wash and dry the pork then leave it out to come to room temperature for a few hours.
