Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Feta

Oven roasted brussel sprouts with feta. Sprinkle the top of the brussel sprouts with feta cheese and lemon zest. Toss in a bowl with the shallots garlic olive oil and salt and pepper. Transfer brussels sprouts to a serving bowl and top with feta cranberries and hazelnuts.
2 3 lbs brussels sprouts 2 shallots chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 1 4 c olive oil 2 t balsamic handful of crumbled feta or goats cheese preheat oven to 450 degrees. Transfer vegetables and sauce to a large serving bowl. Top with bacon crumbles and feta cheese.
Pour onto a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add the minced garlic and dash of crushed red pepper flakes then cook stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Cut the end of the sprouts and quarter of halve them depending on the size. Roast brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt and pepper in the oven at 400 degrees until the edges are crispy and they are cooked through about 20 30 minutes depending on size. Add the brussel sprouts followed by the juice from the remaining half of the lemon.
Spread the brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet and drizzle them with the olive oil. Check regularly and stir to get all sides crispy. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 25 minutes to desired crispiness.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour onto a rimmed baking dish and sprinkle evenly with salt. Add walnuts cranberries and feta cheese and stir to mix.
