Recipe Chicken Breast Yogurt Marinade
Add the chicken to the bag seal and turn bag to coat chicken with mixture.
Recipe chicken breast yogurt marinade. In a 9x13 inch baking dish place 1 scant pat of butter or margarine for each chicken breast. Put the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes and turn. Add the chicken breasts or thighs seal the bag and massage to coat the chicken with the marinade.
Place the chicken in a shallow dish or a zip top bag and pour the yogurt marinade over top. You can also use boneless skinless chicken thighs thin cut chicken breasts or even chicken tenders. Slice the fruit in half and squeeze the juice into the bag.
Add the chicken breasts and coat them in the mixture. Cover with plastic and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. Combine first nine ingredients and pour into a large ziploc bag.
Dip each breast in the lemon yogurt mixture then in the bread crumb mixture coating completely but not heavily. I think overnight is best. Place the chicken in the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade.
Add the yogurt garlic salt and pepper and stir to combine. Using long handled tongs moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Place the bag on a baking sheet so that the chicken sits flat in a single layer in the bag.
You can grill over indirect medium heat until done. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. In a large bowl combine the yogurt salt sumac garlic powder and cumin.
