This will be my go to recipe for pumpkin bread.

Mix just until the oil is combined. Then add this mixture into the bread batter. I also used fresh pumpkin so only used 1 2 cup of water as pumpkin was wetter than store bought.
Place in oven for about 1 hour or until the pumpkin bread is firm to touch or a toothpick comes out clean. You can halve the recipe and make one 8 4 loaf or one 9 5 loaf if using a 9 5 loaf pan the bread will not be as tall as the bread pictured here. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
