Recipe For Quiche With Spinach
Preheat the oven at 180c 375f.
Recipe for quiche with spinach. Spread evenly into a greased 9 in. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and milk. In a large skillet saute onion and mushrooms in oil until tender.
Spread the mixture across the pie crust. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Add the cooked mushrooms and shredded cheeses.
Place the pie crust on a baking pan and pierce lightly all over with a fork around 2 inches apart. Add the shallots and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally until lightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.
I usually make 2 large pies or several small ones all at one time freezing whatever is left over. Pour the egg mixture on top. Stir in spinach mixture and pepper.
Pre heat your oven to 350f 180c with a rack in the middle. Add cheese and mix well. Saute garlic and onion in butter until lightly browned about 7 minutes.
To make the filling in a large saucepan melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the spinach cheese salt and pepper. Pie plate or quiche dish.
