Recipe Sweet Potato Wedges
Arrange the wedges on a baking tray in a single layer.
Recipe sweet potato wedges. Preheat oven to 200 c fan 190 c. Toss them with oil italian seasoning paprika cornflour and black pepper. Slice in half then into wedges.
Cut sweet potato lengthwise into 1 1 2 inch thick wedges. Bake for 20 25 minutes. Toss gently to coat.
Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees f 230 degrees c. Place into a bowl and add the olive oil garlic powder and salt. Mix together olive oil garlic and rosemary in a small bowl.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges roughly the same size. Step 3 cut potatoes in half lengthwise then cut each half into 3 wedges. Sprinkle the sweet potato wedges with salt pepper and chili powder.
Preheat the oven to 200c 400f gas 6. Scrub the sweet potatoes nicely and cut them into wedges. Toss the wedges with the oil and thyme then season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees c 450 degrees f. Place on a baking sheet skin side down. Half way through cooking take out baking sheet.
