Recipe For Spaghetti Squash Soup
Scoop the flesh from half of the squash into the soup.

Stir in squashand stock bring to boil. Remove from oven and shred the spaghetti squash with a fork. In a separate saucepan cook margarine onions and red peppers until they turn soft and slightly brown.
Add the broth and sage. In a large pot heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat. Add onion and cook for 1 2 minutes.
In a separate large sauce pan melt margarineover medium heat. Remove spaghetti squash from microwave turn each half over so the strands are facing up and use a fork to remove strands to a bowl. Add the sausage mixture to the soup cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook stirring occasionally until the sausage is no longer pink in the center. And if you are deceived by a vegetable instead of noodles in the soup then it s a bonus win. Scoop flesh from reserved half of squash and mix into the soup.
