Recipe For Sweet Potato Pie Cheesecake
In large bowl beat sweet potato layer ingredients with wire whisk.

Bake at 350f for 1 hour. In a large bowl using a hand mixer beat cream cheese on medium high speed until very smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture in frozen pie crust.
Step 4 cheesecake in mixing bowl beat cream cheese vanilla extract and sugar until smooth add eggs then flour if you prefer flour gives the extra support but can be eliminated without. Combine 8 ounces plus 6 ounces cream cheese and 1 cup brown sugar in a bowl. Carefully spoon sweet potato mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Add eggs sugar vanilla salt sour cream maple syrup and cinnamon. Add eggs one at a time mixing well between each addition. Spoon sweet potato cheesecake filling into the graham cracker crust.
Place sweet potatoes in food processor. Cool sweet potatoes enough to handle peel and puree. Beat in the sweet potato puree brown sugar vanilla cinnamon and nutmeg.
Step 4 beat cream cheese and 3 4 cup plus 2 tablespoons white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs until smooth and well blended. Bake in the preheated 350 degree f oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until the pie filling is set.
