Recipe Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
Heat the oven to 350 f.
Recipe oatmeal cranberry cookies. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment combine the butter with both sugars and beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Use cup chopped pecans instead of walnuts. Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Add to the creamed mixture. Add the eggs then scrape down the bowl. Leave out the walnuts and add cup white chocolate chips to the cookie dough while adding the cranberries.
Fold in nuts and cranberries. Preheat oven to 350 f 175 c. Step 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy. Mix in butter egg and vanilla. Add eggs and vanilla.
To begin making the oatmeal cranberry cookie recipe preheat the oven to 180 c. Mix the dry ingredients together not including sugars then stir in the oats. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheets spaced at least 2 inches apart.
Combine the flour baking powder salt and baking soda. 2 cups sweetened dried cranberries such as craisins. In a small bowl whisk together the vanilla milk and eggs.
