Place tenderloin on baking sheet covered with foil.

Add port and figs to skillet and cook until port is syrupy about 5 minutes. Put in oven and roast until thermometer reads 160 or 25ish minutes per pound. Slice pork and serve with sauce.
In an ovenproof skillet over high heat brown the meat on all sides with the herbs and garlic. Brown pork on both sides. In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat.
