Recipe Pork Tenderloin With Sauerkraut
Arrange potatoes around the pork.
Recipe pork tenderloin with sauerkraut. Place the apple and onion cut side down on top of the sauerkraut. As the pork is searing preheat the oven. Cook on low for 9 hours or on high for 5.
Place sauerkraut with its juice into crockpot and caraway seeds garlic and apple if desired and stir to mix together. Mustard seed 2 tbs brown sugar paprika garlic and onion powders salt and pepper. Add in the seared pork roast cover with the lid or foil tightly and pop it into the oven.
Mix well and spoon over the top of the pork. Cover meat with half of the sauerkraut. Reduce heat to med low.
Add butter cubes salt and black pepper. Combine ingredients for rub. Pour the sauerkraut and juice over the pork and potatoes.
In a metal 13x9 pan combine sauerkraut well drained onion apple 2 tbs brown sugar and potato drizzle with olive oil. Juicy on the inside but crispy on the outside this pork is tangy and delicious. Cook for 30 mins at 350 degrees.
Mix well and spread evenly in the pan. Add onion and apples and cook until starting to soften about 4 minutes. Cover with remaining sauerkraut.
