Recipe Potato Soup Slow Cooker
Mix flour with milk and add in the pot along with cream cheese and parsley.
Recipe potato soup slow cooker. Slow cooker combine broth potatoes onion garlic and pepper. Place potatoes vegetables garlic rosemary sage salt and pepper into slow cooker add onion broth cover and cook on low for 5 hours or so when potatoes and veggies are soft after about 5 hours or so carefully use an immersion blender to combine all ingredients. Meanwhile place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium high heat turning occasionally until evenly browned about 10 minutes.
When the slow cooker is done pour in the thickened mix. Cook on high until potatoes are tender about 4 hours. Combine potatoes chicken stock onion salt and pepper in a slow cooker.
Transfer the bacon and onion to a slow cooker and stir in chicken broth water potatoes salt dill weed and white pepper. Stir and cook for 6 8 hours on low or on high for 3 4 hours until the potatoes are fork tender. Cook on low for 6 8 hours or on high for 3 4 hours or until the potatoes are completely tender and cooked through.
Cook on low for another 2 hours. Season with salt and pepper. Once the soup has slow cooked and is about ready to serve cook the butter in a small saucepan on the stove over medium high heat until it has melted.
Add the potatoes leek carrot celery garlic chives white wine and chicken stock to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours stirring occasionally. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Stir into the soup along with the evaporated milk. Once the soup has cooked add butter to a medium saucepan over medium heat and melt. Add the potatoes onions chicken broth salt and pepper to the slow cooker.
