Recipe Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Grapes
Roast until caramelized and tender about 20 minutes.
Recipe roasted brussel sprouts with grapes. Roast for 26 30 minutes and then serve. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the brussels sprouts to a serving dish.
On 2 rimmed baking sheets toss brussels sprouts and grapes with oil and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until the juices thicken and the grapes are glazed 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 2 turn the brussels sprouts cut side down and roast until golden brown and tender 20 to 25 minutes. Drizzle your oil and mix to coat everything. On a large rimmed baking sheet toss the brussels sprouts and grapes with the oil garlic thyme teaspoon salt and teaspoon pepper.
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
