Recipe Sweet Potato Casserole With Pecan Topping
Set aside and move on to the rest of the casserole mixture.

Mash the potatoes with a large spoon or a potato masher. Once the butter is mixed in sprinkle the streusel topping all over the sweet potato mixture. Melt the butter then toss with the brown sugar flour salt.
This sweet potato casserole is great hot warm or cold. In a large mixing bowl beat together the brown sugar and eggs. Bake the sweet potato casserole with pecan topping until the top is lightly golden brown the edges are set and the center is mostly set.
Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes or until the topping is lightly brown. Next beat in the milk melted butter vanilla extract cinnamon and salt. Stir in the pecans.
