Recipe Sweet Potato With Pecans
Mix in puréed sweet potatoes.
Recipe sweet potato with pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Mix brown sugar pecans and flour in another bowl. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and remove the foil.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 35 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160. Pour butter into mixture and stir until mixture is evenly moistened it will seem dry at first keep tossing. Spread mixture in prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar flour and pecans. Cut in butter until crumbly. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
In a large bowl combine the mashed sweet potatoes with 1 cup of the brown sugar eggs vanilla extract milk and 1 2 cup of melted butter. Mash potatoes with white sugar milk eggs salt vanilla extract and cinnamon. Bring a few inches of water to a boil in a pot with a large steamer basket in place.
Transfer sweet potato mixture to prepared dish. Bake until sweet potato mixture is set and topping bubbles about 1 hour. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Bake uncovered at 325 for 60 70 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160. Put the sweet potatoes. Stir in the pecans.
