Roast Recipe Mashed Potato
Add the roasted garlic and potatoes and mash all together.

Add cold water to cover by 1 inch and bring to a boil over high heat. I used seasoned salt and sea salt then mashed the potatoes with the garlic milk to desired consistency and butter to taste 2 3 tbl.
Place potato mixture over medium heat and stir until milk is incorporated into potatoes. Transfer potatoes to a large saucepan. Pour infused milk through a mesh sieve into pot with potatoes discard solids.
