Recipe Quiche Spinach Goat Cheese
Bake the quiche until the center is just about set about 45 60 minutes.
Recipe quiche spinach goat cheese. Grated parmesan cup heavy cream cup whole milk 2 ounces of herbed goat cheese half a traditional small package 1 tsp. Top with some extra goat cheese optional. Add crumbled goat cheese evenly and top with tomato slices.
Melt butter in medium sauce pan and add shallots garlic and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft about 5 8 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 f.
In a medium bowl whisk the milk with the cream eggs egg yolks salt and pepper. Arrange the goat cheese rounds on the spinach. Beat eggs in large bowl and set aside.
Whisk the eggs and milk together until combined. Toss the spinach with the garlic and spread it in the cooled pastry shell. Add in spinach mixture and mix well.
In a medium bowl whisk eggs egg whites garlic powder if you didn t use fresh salt and pepper i used about 1 4tsp of each. Bake for 20 22 minutes at 180c 350 f or until golden brown on top. Spread the spinach and mushrooms over the cheese.
Place the goat s cheese in small chunks on the bottom of the crust spreading it evenly. Transfer the quiche to a rack to cool slightly. Stir in the sun dried tomatoes goat cheese and spinach.
